SCOPE OF WORK

This project consists to extract natural ressources off the coast of Guyana, more precisely oil ressources. Liza Unity offshore project is a very difficult project to set up by the fact that ressources are not easily accessibles.

The development concept on the Liza Unity FPSO have been guided by enduring values: personnel safety, operational quality, executing on commitments to shareholders and resource owners, and bringing energy to the world while respecting the environment and communities in which the principal actors operate.

DESCRIPTION OF THE PROJECT

Liza Unity FPSO is designed to produce 220 000 barrels of oil per day. This FPSO, which has a storage capacity of two millions barrels of oil will moor at 1600 meters under sea level to extract and store these ressources. The Liza field offshore Guyana is a very interesting ressource center, this is why ExxonMobil and SBM Offshore went together to take the chance.

Liza Unity is a great opportunity for us to make and introduce a performing crew onboard. Petrolis is proud to be a major project partner in terms of human ressources providement and will be present troughout the duration of the project.

By realizing this natural ressources extraction project ExxonMobil and SBM Offshore asked to make an eight people crew, from rigger to deck foreman.
